Plot

Erik Stifler (John White), cousin to the infamous Stifler from the first three films in the American Pie series, is a bit more laid back than his relative and struggles to live with the image his family portrays. On top of that, he has a loving girlfriend but she isn't as physically prepared for intimacy as he would like. She gives him a "guilt free pass" to have as much sex as he likes for a weekend since she isn't ready. He and his friends road trip to Michigan to hang out with Erik's cousin, President of a campus fraternity. The three friends take part in a number of fraternity-related events like football, a drinking contest, and a brawl with midgets, before taking part in the crown jewel of campus events: the Naked Mile. The Naked Mile is a one-mile run around campus in the nude that many students take part in each year. On the run Erik meets a beautiful girl and almost has sex with her before deciding he loves his girlfriend too much and wants to wait for her.
